Dayinsure celebrates achieving 50,000 reviews on Trustpilot

Today marks a special day in Dayinsure’s history – we’ve just hit 50,000 reviews on Trustpilot! We’d like to thank our customers up and down the country that have taken the time to leave us reviews, as well as our hard-working customer services team who deserve so many of the great reviews that have been left for us.

What is Trustpilot?

Trustpilot is a platform that allows people to share their reviews and opinions of companies. It helps customers to make better choices based off prior customers’ experiences and is one of the leading websites for honest, real reviews.

Dayinsure and Trustpilot

We started our Trustpilot journey back in 2014 when we began inviting our customers to leave us product reviews on the platform. Over the past 9 years, we have celebrated every positive review, and carefully considered valuable feedback to improve from any less favorable reviews. Each piece of feedback has helped us to make our products better and improve our customer service experience.

And the proof really is in the pudding, from our 50,000 reviews, our overall score is now an incredible 4.8/5, with a massive 86% of our reviews rating us as excellent.

Selection of highlights of good reviews:

Let’s take a look at some of those well-earned, excellent reviews.

Let’s meet some of the team!

And of course none of these fantastic reviews would have been possible without our fantastic customer service team. We’ve taken this milestone as the perfect opportunity to shine a spotlight on them and say thanks for all their hard work in making this achievement possible.

Harry

Hi, I’m Harry. I’m a Customer Services Assistant and have been at Dayinsure for 3 years.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Being part of a brilliant customer services team, and being able to help people.

What made you want to be involved in customer services?

I’m a really sociable person, and love being the first point of contact for our customers to make sure they get the help they need.

What is your favourite part of your role here at Dayinsure?

I’m always grateful when a customer takes the time to leave a positive review of the service I’ve provided, and for Dayinsure to achieve 50k reviews on Trustpilot is a fantastic feeling!

Rob

Hi, I’m Rob.  I’m a Customer Services Assistant and I’ve been at Dayinsure for 5 and a half years!

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy assisting customers the best I can, the occasional office banter and the pool table at work (of course).

What made you want to be involved in customer services?

I have worked in various customer services roles since leaving school, whether that has been working in the retail industry, estate agency and, of course, insurance. It goes without saying that my best/most enjoyable years have been working at Dayinsure.

What is your favourite part of your role here at Dayinsure?

My most enjoyable time, which is something I look back fondly on, is completing the London to Paris cycle ride in 2018. This was a great achievement for me personally (even if it meant falling off my bike a few times haha).

Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa. I have been a Customer Services Assistant here at Dayinsure since September 2020.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love the variety of the job. No day is ever the same! It’s rewarding to know that I can help customers with their enquiries.

What made you want to be involved in customer services?

I have always enjoyed helping people. It’s even better when you get a thank you or even a personal Trustpilot review!

What is your favourite part of your role here at Dayinsure?

I love it when we get our learner policy customers email or call to advise that they need to cancel as they have passed. There is definitely a sense of excitement when they get in contact!

Jenni

Hi, I’m Jenni. I’m a Senior Customer Services Assistant and have been here at Dayinsure for 9 years.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I like the fact that in my job, no two days are the same, each day presents its own set of challenges, experiences and opportunities.

What made you want to be involved in customer services?

I kind of slid into the role of customer services in previous employment as their business needs developed, since then I have benefitted from the experience of working in a large corporate call centre and then moving to Dayinsure which offers a family run business environment, which I feel is beneficial for both staff and customers alike by offering that more personal and friendly approach.

What is your favourite part of your role here at Dayinsure?

My favourite moment of my time at Dayinsure was seeing the charity cyclists arrive at the Eiffel Tower in 2018. I was honoured to provide the support vehicle for the cycle ride, but was pleased to find my motorhome was needed for little more than storage and refreshments.
